If something urgent comes up on the day of your session and you’re unable to make it, please send me a quick text on 0419 704 488 as soon as you can so we can make alternative arrangements.

Weather Watch
All sessions are outdoors, so I’ll be keeping an eye on the forecast on the morning of your shoot. If the weather looks too unpredictable or unsafe, I’ll get in touch via text or phone to talk through our options.

There are no rescheduling fees for weather-related changes.

Need to Reschedule?
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to change your session date, please let me know as soon as possible. You’re welcome to reschedule once at no extra cost. After that, additional date changes are $180 per change unless you reschedule 7 days or more in advance.

To help you feel prepared (and take a little pressure off), I’ve put together a few easy tips so your session feels relaxed, enjoyable, and completely you.

One of the first things to think about is where you’d like your session to take place.

The location plays a big part in how your images will feel, so it’s important to choose somewhere that suits your family. You’re even welcome to have your session at your own private property. There’s something so special about capturing memories in a space that’s meaningful to you. Or, if you’d prefer, I have a selection of beautiful, quiet locations that I know photograph beautifully and allow families to relax and just be themselves. We’ll chat about what feels right for you and find the perfect spot together.

Be yourselves, be comfortable

Have your clothing chosen way in advance and make sure that your outfit choices are comfortable and fit well.  What do your dream family photos look like?  If they are soft and elegant?  Chose neutral colors with soft, flowing fabrics…. think creams, very soft pastels, oatmeals, light browns, tans, grays, and slate blues.  Want to showcase the fun and spunky side of your family?  Choose coordinating colors (but not matchy, matchy) with bold accent colors, such as hues of gray with yellow or bright red accents.  Adding fun accessories like scarves, headbands, hats, etc. can add a modern twist and sassy flair to your images.

While having the digital files is handy, there’s something really meaningful about having your favourite moments on display … not just stored on a screen.

Maybe it’s an album you can flick through with your kids on a quiet afternoon, or a beautiful wall piece that makes you smile every time you walk past. You might love a series of prints that tell the story of your family and bring warmth to your home. However you choose to enjoy them, there’s something here to suit your style and space.

Choosing the right artwork for your home shouldn’t be a guessing game

And now, it doesn’t have to be! With a clever little tool I use, I can show you exactly how your favourite images will look on your actual walls, to scale, so you’ll know they fit beautifully before you commit.

All I need is a few quick photos of the spaces you’re thinking about — nothing fancy, just snaps from your phone will do! Pop them through to me (ideally before your session), and I’ll take care of the rest. It’s a simple way to feel confident about what you’re choosing and to make sure your new artwork feels just right in your home.

Placing Your Order & Payment Options

Payment for your order is due at the end of your viewing and ordering appointment. To make things as easy as possible, there are a few flexible options available:

• Pay in Full – Simple and straightforward.

• In-House Payment Plan – Start with a 20% deposit, then spread the remaining balance over weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments (up to 6 months).

• PayRight – Interest-free payment plans available for up to 12 months through PayRight (subject to approval). A 10% deposit is required, and small transaction fees apply.

To ensure we can finalise your order and tailor everything to your preferences, it’s important that all decision-makers are present at your viewing appointment.

If your session includes any product credit (such as with certain digital collections), please note that it’s only valid during your ordering appointment. If an order isn’t placed at that time, the credit will no longer apply.
