CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS — The Gift of Receiving

Promoter's Details: L.M.Broderick Photography PTY LTD. ABN: 70 162 893 585. Based in Fernvale, QLD, Australia.

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone who is 18 years old or over and is a resident of Australia. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, grandparents, siblings, children and partner) of the promoter or its affiliates are not eligible to enter this competition. One entry per person.

2. How to enter: Please follow instructions found on the giveaway website. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entry is free.

3. The winner’s prize:

  • A Full Family Portrait Experience with L.M.Broderick Photography valued at $2,260, plus collaboration prizes from our giveaway partners - Life choices Coaching, Kickstart your Wellness, Lustre & Leaf and Kupu Kupu Massage, valued at $635. Total prize value $2,895

  • The prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Your session must be completed within 12 months of the winner being notified.

4. Use of data: All details provided by you will be held by the promoter and used in accordance with these T&Cs. By entering, you consent to:

  • being added to L.M.Broderick Photography's email list for advertising and marketing purposes, and

  • your name and email address being shared with our giveaway collaborators - Life choices Coaching, Kickstart your Wellness, Lustre & Leaf and Kupu Kupu Massage for the purposes of this giveaway.

  • You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

5. Dates: This giveaway begins Tuesday the 8th of September 2026, 6pm, and ends 11:59pm Saturday the 12th of September 2026. The winner will be contacted by email and phone.

6. The winner: The winner will be chosen by L.M.Broderick Photography & thier collaborators and shall have no liability for the Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

7. If you don't win: You will have the opportunity to book a Family Portrait Experience for a $100 booking fee (payable when booking), with a $630 voucher towards prints/ wall art. Digitals not included. You have 7 days from notification to claim your spot, and your session must be completed within 12 months.
